Man bachelorette!
You are making it very hard for me to learn advanced life support! Orientation is almost over. AHH! now have sat through the U's computer training for the 3rd time, and OMG the VA's for the 5th time! yessss. I also learned to block punches, defend myself against bites and hair pulls and general grabbing/choking. I did actually have a table thrown at me in real life, but somehow they omitted that scenario from our defense training! I start July 1st on medicine...I think I can I think I can!
Running inspiration:
Running advice: do not eat chocolate chips right before a run. Pukey. What was I thinking?!
Cooking: I am eating eggplant like nobodies business. delish!!! Sauteed in balsamic vin.
I also bought ingredients for this...
I can only hope mine will look as good as this picture from Eclectic Recipes. YUM. Check out the site!

What's up with you and chocolate chips? Let me know how you like the quinoa salad. It looks like tabouli, which I am assuming this is, just gluten free? I would like to try it.
Mm, is that tabbouleh? I made some form of tabbouleh salad a few weeks ago - it was delicious!!
That is so crazy you are learning defense tactics for biking, hair pulling, ect. Ahhh...I love psych!!
Goodluck!!! You are going to do incredible, I just know it!
I love that song - it's kind of a perfect single girl's summer anthem. :)
I had a bit of a run in with chocolate chips this month. I don't want to think about how many I ate. It's not good. Luckily I didn't do that before a run. It was more of an evening snack. Healthy, huh?
Ugh - sitting through multiple sessions of trainings you've already gone through? Painful!
Good luck with your first day! I know you can do it!
Those defense training scenarios reminded me of doing locker bay duty in the middle school. Adolescents can be brutal!
